Still waters run the deepest, and you're sitting here like a stone
moss on either side of you so no matter what you do
you can't ever quite find home

You choose to say a little cause a little is all you know,
there was a time you thought you might know everything
but you smoked that thought out long ago

So you just sit, take it all in,
till you close your eyes for a little while and it all begins again
You are not that far from a change of place,
a small replacement to a better fitting skin

hard to get better when your whole damn body aches,
